The trio of Jenna-Lee, Farah, and Yathiksha will also be gearing up for a significant opportunity at the Summer Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal, scheduled for October.

At the African Youth Games, Team South Africa made headlines by topping the medals table, securing an impressive total of 99 medals — 45 gold, 38 silver, and 16 bronze.
